[REF] Dean Schneider

Old ref is really making me cringe, so I made a new one
Changed the last name (this one fits better in my mind), redesigned stuff a bit, I think he looks a lot better now. Welp, I needed to do this, he's my main OC after all Was planning to include more outfits, but...another time. Maybe I'll just expand the ref. 
New refs for other OCs are coming too ^^
